Small animations, and a moment of silence.

(I don't know why, but I can't upload the newest video I made of an F-18 shooting a missile. It's not very long, but it was the first animation I've done in a year or so, so I don't think I did bad at all. But It could be a lot better. If you have access, you can see it on my facebook page.)

Now on to something a little more depressing... If you're a Simpson's fan, (or you just watch E! news) you probably heard Marcia Wallace died recently. This picture just makes everyone's heart drop a little. People have said she is more of a "background character" but I've always felt that she has been an integral part to the Simpsons lives. And, the show can't be the same without her. People have been saying that the show has been going downhill for the past few years. And granted, I don't think it's as funny as it used to be, but it still something I love watching when I get the chance. I always believed the fading humor is more of myself (and all the other viewers complaining) becoming more mature. Now I see that the show can't go on forever, and maybe they do need to end it before other members of the cast go. Also it makes me feel kind of old. I remember watching them on The Tracy Ullman show. Then when they got there own show, my life entirely changed.

The absolutely most horrible thing I've seen has been when I go internet pages, and there are people saying that Marcia dying is proof that the Simpsons is ending, because they are killing off their cast in real life, or how the show stopped being funny, so FOX needed to kill the cast so they don't have to pay them any royalties after the show ends.  It sucks to see this happen to people. They think they are being funny by TRYING to make jokes at people's deaths. It's a sad world we live in now.

Ok, I have some time before work, and I was reading my facebook pages. I click on a page talking about the new MGS game. Well. of course I'm interested in the new MGS games, but the page is overflowing with fanboy comments, like "fuk xbox," or "xbone won't get any games," or people saying that THEY don't like the xbox, so if you do, you're an idiot.

Why do people have to act like this. It's a gaming console. Whatever I prefer, is not wrong. I play what I want. If you don't like it, that's your problem, and you have to deal with your own personal feelings.

And I've noticed several fanboy of different sites, that CLAIM they own multiple systems, and they still cry out, 360 is the 360 sux, or ps3 sux or whatever. BUT if you read other posts by those same people they will write in later posts that they only own one console, and they will never touch another one. (We know why they won't touch another, because they can't afford another)

Basically I'm so frustrated by "gaming" websites these days, because all they want to do is start fanboy wars, so they can get people to view their pages. There are actually times I wish we could go back to the days when arcades were the way to play games. And flat out get rid of all consoles. That way, nobody could start fanboy wars, because we would all be playing the same machine. (Of course that wish fades pretty quick.)

Here's a simple solution. If you're going to be a gamer, but want to make fanboy comments. Keep them to yourself. Nobody wants to hear some little kid crying about how they like one thing, but hate it's competitor.

Ok, I have to go to work.
